30 Day Free Trial Terms and Conditions
InGo reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to withdraw or to modify this Free Trial Offer and/or the InGo 30 Day Free Trial Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and without liability.
Unless otherwise stated, you are not eligible for the Free Trial offer if you have used InGo on any of your events or previously participated in an InGo Free Trial. The trial event must be 90 days or more in the future. Your Free Trial begins on the date you sign up, regardless of when you install InGo and begin using the service.
If you decide that you do not want to become a paying user of InGo upon the lapse of the Free Trial Period, you must terminate your service at http://www.ingo.me/cancel-free-trial by the end of the Free Trial Period. At that time, all Advocate Marketing features of the InGo widgets will be turned off. You may leave the widgets installed on your pathways and continue to use the “InGo Community,” which includes social sign-on and Who’s In features. All Advocate Marketing features will be turned off by InGo.
InGo Product and Services
InGo will deliver a Social Marketing services platform that provides its clients with a tool to engage their events registrants and empower them to become co-marketers for these respective events. InGo does this by giving registrants the ability to sign-on to their social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and/or Xing), authorize posts to their “walls” and invites to their friends in their social networks in an automated, simple fashion. InGo’s platform may be installed on the client’s registration web page(s) or elsewhere that the client may suggest. See “Appendix A - InGo Terms” for a description of InGo Widgets.
InGo Trial User is responsible for the following:
Install the InGo software suite in order:1. Login widget goes on the start of your registration, or any landing pages that start your registration flow2. Embed the Registration Widget on any Page 2 of your registration flow3. Embed the Social WIdget on your Confirmation/Thank You pages4. Embed the Confirmation Widget on your Confirmation/Thank You pages

“InGo Marketing”Social Emails: InGo augments existing email campaigns to potential attendees of the client’s event. These emails display images, company logos, and names of contacts in the potential attendee’s social network that have registered to attend the client’s event. Social Emails redirect to a screen with InGo Registration installed.
Social Widget: Who’s In and Invites: InGo provides a widget for integration with the client’s website that lets visitors see who within their social network has also registered to attend the client’s event. InGo users can also filter the information provided by “Who’s In” according to social network, company, and title.
Log-In Widget: InGo Registration/Social Sign-On: InGo provides code to simplify and partially complete registration for the client’s event using the InGo user’s social network login information for attendees who opt to log in socially. “InGo Personal Invites and Tags”InGo offers registrants the ability to invite instantly personal and professional contacts from their networks to view the client’s website and register to attend the client’s event. “Trusted Impressions”Attendees become “Advocates” and post to their network that they are attendees to the event and thus driving relevant interest and growth. “InGo Analytics”InGo Reports: Access to InGo’s show organizer portal for a complete set of reports on InGo’s performance for all support shows and content.
